Annual Report and Accounts 2010 and Notice of 2011 Annual General Meeting

In accordance with Listing Rules, Zotefoams plc has today uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism electronic copies of the following documents:

- Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2010 and

- Form of Proxy for the 2011 Annual General Meeting

The documents will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do.  Copies have been sent to shareholders and the 2010 Annual Report and Accounts are also available on the Company's website at www.zotefoams.com.

The AGM will be held at 10.00 am on Thursday, 12 May 2011 at 675 Mitcham Road, Croydon CR9 3AL.
