                       Results of Annual General Meeting


Zotefoams plc is pleased to announce that all the resolutions proposed at the
Annual General Meeting were duly passed. The full text of the resolutions is set
out in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting which is included in the
Company's Annual Report and Accounts for 2005, a copy of which is on the
Company's website. Copies of the resolutions passed as special business will
shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
Viewing Facility, which is situated at: The Financial Services Authority, 25 The
North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS.
