                                Trading Update



29 June 2006 - Zotefoams plc announces its trading update for the six months
ending 30 June 2006.

In line with comments made in its AGM statement released on 16 May 2006, the
Company has experienced an encouraging start to the year with sales to date in
line with expectations.  For the six months ending 30 June 2006 sales in all
markets will be higher than the equivalent period in 2005 with particularly good
growth in Continental Europe and North America.  The Board remains confident
that the Company will continue to make good progress in 2006.

The Company will announce its interim results on Tuesday, 8 August 2006.
