Director / PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it received notification on 17 March 2011 that on that day, the wife of Mr David Buffham, a non-executive director of the Company, acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 207.92p per ordinary share.

As a consequence of this transaction Mrs Buffham is currently interested in 12,500 ordinary shares representing 0.08 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
