Cancellation
Further to the announcement made on 30 June 2009, the Company is still not in a position to publish its annual audited accounts for the year ended 31 December 2008, and therefore admission of the Company's shares to AIM will be cancelled with effect from 4 January 2010.
The Company will continue the process of disposing of all the constituent parts of the Venteco Group. Once this process is complete, it is intended that the Company will be liquidated.
