The Company was notified on 23 September 2010 that on 22 September 2010 Equiniti, the independent trustee ("Trustee") of the Company's HMRC Approved Share Incentive Plan ("SIP"), purchased, in accordance with the SIP's rules and on behalf of all SIP participants have reinvested the dividend and acquired ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 129.0 pence each.
