Grant of Option

The Directors of J2C announce that on 22 September 2000, pursuant to a
resolution of the Board of the Company, Alan Davidson, a director of the
Company, was granted an option over 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company
at an exercise price of 66.5 pence per share.  The share option may be
exercised in the period between 22 September 2003 and 22 September 2010.
