                      Veos Plc ('Veos' or the 'Company')


                           Notification of Interest

The Company received notification on 28 June 2001 that Henderson Global
Investors and its assocated companies (acting as agents for its discretionary
clients) now hold (either directly or indirectly) 3,732,394 ordinary shares in
Veos, which represents 16.28% of the issued ordinary share capital.

Within this holding, Henderson Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc hold
2,125,000 ordinary shares, which represents 9.27% of the issued share capital.

This notification is a correction to a notice released by Henderson Global
Investors on January 15, 2001.
