By a notice in writing dated 20 August 2001, the Company has been informed
that, following a purchase of 950,000 ordinary shares in the Company, Laxey
Investors Limited is the beneficial owner of 3,050,000 ordinary shares,
representing 3.34 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
