Blue Planet European Financials Investment Trust plc



The Board of Blue Planet European Financials Investment Trust plc have been
notified that Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited and its holding company Brewin
Dolphin Holdings plc now have an interest in 397,300 warrants to subscribe for
ordinary shares of the Company representing 11.99% of the number of warrants
in issue.



These interests are solely as a result of Brewin Dolphin Securities Ltd's
activities as a discretionary fund manager, and neither Brewin Dolphin
Securities Ltd nor Brewin Dolphin Plc have any beneficial interest in the
warrants.
