                          Additional Issue of Shares


Application has been made for 149,067 new ordinary shares of 10p each to be
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of London Stock
Exchange. These shares were allotted on 17 October 2001 as a result of a
placing for cash.


These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares. It is
expected that admission will become effective and dealings will commence in
the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 24 October 2001.
