Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC 1998 Sharesave Scheme Number 1, 
options over 15,100 ordinary shares of 1p each have been exercised. Accordingly,
application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock 
Exchange for these shares to be admitted to the Official List. These shares rank
pari passu with the existing issued shares of the company.
