Registration of Court order

J2C plc announces that the Court order approving the capital reduction, which
was granted on 7 November 2001, was registered by the Registrar of Companies
today.

As a result, the capital reduction became effective today and 5.00pm today is
the record time and date for entitlement to participate in the return of
capital.

It is anticipated that posting of cheques and crediting of CREST accounts in
respect of sums due as a result of the capital reduction will be effected
within seven days.
