The Board of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC is happy to announce that it has
issued 156,777 Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC 1 penny ordinary shares. These
shares are the final consideration payable for the acquisition made by Brewin
Dolphin Holdings PLC for Tipready Limited.


Accordingly, application is being made to the UK Listing Authority and the
London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to the Official List.
These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the company.
