Dividend on the Ordinary Shares

The Board have today declared that a third interim dividend of 2.1p per Income
Ordinary Share, in respect of the year ending 28 February 2002, be paid on 22
February 2002 to holders registered at the close of business on 25 January
2002. The Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 23 January 2002.'
