due to an optional early redemption in which a notice was given to the trustee,
the principal paying agent and the noteholders at that time. Upon the redemption
of the notes, the entire above notes have been cancelled.

As the notes are no longer admitted to trading, we hereby kindly ask you to
delist the above mentioned notes from the Official List.
