                             Final Interim Dividend



The Board have today declared, in accordance with the recommended proposals for
winding up and reconstruction of the Company dated 3 February 2003, that a final
interim dividend of 2.90p per Income Ordinary Share will be paid on 6 March 2003
to holders registered at the close of business on 28 February 2003. The
Company's shares will go ex-dividend on 26 February 2003.
