SPEECH BY SIR ROY MCNULTY TO MERRILL LYNCH EUROPEAN TRANSPORT CONFERENCE


Developments in Regulation and Aviation Policy


Speaking at Merrill Lynch's European Transport Conference, Sir Roy McNulty,
Chairman, UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), today summarised the progress so
far in implementing the Government White Paper following the recent Judicial
Review judgement.


He pointed to progress on regional aviation and environmental issues, but
identified the further work and engagement between the parties that would be
necessary in relation to airport development in the South East.
