FIRST DAY OF DEALINGS IN THE ENLARGED GROUP ON AIM
ACQUISITION OF ALL NEW VIDEO LIMITED


Gordian Investments plc ('Gordian Investments' or the 'Company') is pleased to
announce its re-admission to AIM today following the acquisition of All New
Video Limited ('ANV').


Highlights



  • Gordian Investments has acquired the entire issued share capital of All
    New Video Limited ('ANV'), a managed services company offering live
    multi-party 3G video conferencing, PC to video calling and video mail, for
    an initial consideration of £4 million, payable in cash and consideration
    shares. Further consideration of up to £6 million, to be satisfied by the
    issue of additional consideration shares, is payable subject to certain
    profit and/or share price targets.
  • The initial consideration shares represent approximately 64% of the
    enlarged share capital of the Company and in view of the size of ANV
    relative to the Company, the acquisition constitutes a reverse takeover.
  • New Enlarged Group Board



The following appointments have been made to the Company's Board with effect
from admission of the enlarged group:



•            John Hawkins, Non-Executive Chairman
•            David Atkins, Chief Executive
•            Chris Fairhall, Chief Operating Officer
•            Lee Woodland, Chief Technical Officer
•            Douglas Kearney, Finance Director
•            Hugh de Lusignan, Non-Executive Director



David Barton remains as a Non-Executive Director of the Company. Alan Pereira
and Haresh Kanabar have resigned their positions on the Board with effect from
admission.
