3.1.4(R)(1)(b) that it was notified on 28 September 2005, that William Nicholas
Hood has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary
Shares') representing 0.005% of the Company, at a price of 127 pence per share.
His resultant holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company is 25,000 shares
representing 0.01% of the issued share capital.
