   Mr Henri Giscard d'Estaing nominated for appointment to Supervisory Board

Vedior is pleased to announce that its Supervisory Board intends to propose Mr
Henri Giscard d'Estaing for appointment to the Supervisory Board at the next
Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Vedior NV, to be held on 28 April
2006.

Mr Giscard d'Estaing will replace Ms Phyllis Kaminsky as a member of the
Supervisory Board and its Remuneration and Appointment Committees. Ms Kaminsky,
whose term expires in April 2006, is not available for reappointment.

Mr Giscard d'Estaing (age 49, French citizen) is Chairman of the Board and Chief
Executive Officer of Club Mediterranee, positions he has held since December
2002. Before joining Club Mediterranee in 1997, he held various management
positions at Danone Group and Cofrema. He is a graduate of the Paris Institute
of Political Studies and holds a degree in economics.

Mr Giscard d'Estaing is also a member of the Board of Directors of Groupe
Casino, Guichard-Perrachon.

A proposal for appointment to the Supervisory Board is considered on the basis
of the profile (available at the Company's corporate website www.vedior.com),
taking into account the nature of the business and activities of the Group as
well as the desired background and expertise of the Supervisory Directors.
Important criteria in this respect are international professional experience,
knowledge of and affinity with the services industries, experience in
human-resource management and general international financial-economic
expertise. Supervisory Directors are independent and have in principle no direct
or indirect interest, whether financial or otherwise, in the activities of the
Group.
