Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibility or Connected Persons

This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with
Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R(1)(a).

On 9 March 2006, the Company was notified that Angela Wright, a PDMR, sold 2,898
ordinary shares of one pence each ('Ordinary shares') at a price of 186.22 pence
each.  Following this transaction, her interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company is now 52,098 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.03% of the
ordinary issued share capital.
