Re: Change of Directors

The Directors of Kayser Bondor Limited ('the Company') wish to announce that 
Mr. Christian Henry Wells resigned from the board of directors with effect 
from 08 December 2005.

The Directors also wish to announce that Mrs. Julia Ruth Wilson resigned from 
the Board of Directors with effect from 08 March 2006.

The Directors wish to announce the appointment of Ms Ayotola Jagun with effect 
from 08 December 2005.

The Directors wish to announce the appointment of Ms Helen Kay Handley with 
effect from 09 December 2005.

A list of all directorships and partnerships held by Ayotola Jagun and 
Helen Kay Handley both for the present and for the past five years, are 
available for inspection during normal business hours in the relevant location 
at the registered office of the Company

The delay in making this announcement was due to an administrative error that
was in no way the fault of the London Stock Exchange.
