                           NEW AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE                            

           STREAMING OF REAL ESTATE TV PROGRAMMES TO MOBILE DEVICES            

Vimio plc, a leading provider of media distribution solutions and content to
Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) which listed on AIM in September 2005, is
delighted to announce a new mobile service agreement with Al Aqariya, a
Dubai-based media organisation.

Vimio will provide a range of services, which will include the streaming of Al
Aqariya's Real Estate TV and Real Estate 2 channels to mobile phones. This will
mean the entire subscriber base of Al Aqariya will be able to view these
channels live on their mobile devices. Subscribers to the service will also be
able to search for and access video clips of properties. Under the agreement,
Vimio will share revenue with Al Aqariya on a per-subscriber basis.

Real Estate TV is a free-to-air channel that is broadcast across satellite and
cable networks throughout the Middle East and parts of Europe. In addition, the
service will soon be available to 10 million Arabic speaking households in
North America. Real Estate TV is viewed by both consumers and corporations
involved in the design, construction, marketing, decorating, refurbishment,
renting, selling and purchasing of all types of residential and commercial
property. Vimio believes that the ability to receive Real Estate TV and access
video clips on their mobile devices will be of significant benefit to anybody
with an interest in this wide range of activities.

Al Aqariya is the fourth largest Arab TV station with a potential target
audience of over 150 million viewers. It offers viewers a wide range of
programming, aimed at providing a bridge between the Middle East's thriving
real estate, tourism, leisure and lifestyle sectors.
