 Vimio Live TV Service launched to 1.4 million Wataniya subscribers in Kuwait  

Vimio plc, a leading provider of Live Mobile TV media distribution solutions
and content to mobile network operators, is pleased to announce that Wataniya
Telecom ("Wataniya") has commercially launched its live TV Service with content
from the leading TV Channels in the Middle East to over 1.4 million mobile
subscribers in Kuwait in conjunction with Vimio's Kuwaiti partner, the Noutique
Telecom Company ("Noutique").

This follows an agreement signed earlier this year between Wataniya and
Noutique for the provision of Live TV content to over 8.8 million mobile
subscribers in the Middle East and North Africa. The Kuwaiti launch is the
first phase of this agreement. Under the terms of the agreement Vimio will
receive a significant percentage of all revenues generated from the Live TV
service.

Mobile subscribers in Kuwait will be offered a choice of two premium TV
packages at 4 Kuwaiti Dinar (US$ 13.80) per month. The product offerings will
include live content from leading TV channels in the MENA region including
Arabeeyah, Al Jazeera, BBC World, CNBC Arabia, MTV, Rotana and Spacetoon.
