Venteco PLC 29 May 2007 Venteco - RNS 29th May 2007 Venteco plc Venteco appoints non-executive Director Venteco plc announces that Mr. Barry Gibb has been appointed to the Board of Directors as a non-executive Director with immediate effect. Included amongst Mr Gibb's roles as a non-executive director, will be that of overseeing Group Investor Relations and communications, whereby he will be actively assisting with the compilation and distribution of shareholder information and responding to questions related to Venteco's operations and business planning. Mr Gibb brings with him over twenty years of experience in the international capital markets, having worked for a number major investment banks over this period, including UBS, Paribas SA and NatWest. A wide range of roles, including many customer facing activities, have seen Mr Gibb advising on domestic and European initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and new fund raising in both the quoted equity and bond markets.
