Venteco announces that it was informed on 14 June 2007 that Mr. Barry Gibb,
Non-Executive Director has purchased 15,000 shares in the Company at 32.5 pence
per share. Mr. Gibb's beneficial interest following this transaction is 15,000
ordinary shares representing 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
