December 2005 Approved Share Option scheme, options over 9,500 have been
exercised.  Accordingly, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority
and the London Stock Exchange for 9,500 shares of 1p each to be admitted to the
Official List.  These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of
the company.
