The main driver behind this very strong growth remained the expansion of the classified ad business in Paris and the Regions. SeLoger.com further strengthened its position as the leading marketplace bringing together supply and demand in the real estate sector, with: 1 - more than 1,955,000 classified ads in September 2007, as opposed to 1,191,000 in September 2006 (+64.1%) - an audience of more than 1,165,000 unique visitors (+14.6%), more than 7,706, 000 visits (+27.1%) and 122,004,000 page views (+12.6%) in September 2007 - 10,976 estate agent classified ad customers, representing 14,797 branches and a national penetration rate of 44.0% at end- September 2007 Continuing growth impetus Classified ads and media revenues rose by 48.3% to €32.4m. This segment accounted for 78.8% of the group's total revenues in the first nine months of the year, and its various activities performed as follows: - Classified ad revenues rose by 48.4%. Revenues in the Regions (+66.9%) continued to close the gap with those in Paris (+34.6%), accounting for 48.0% of the total as opposed to 42.6% in September 2006. The number of estate agent classified ad customers rose from 8,484 in September 2006 to 10,976 in September 2007. The average monthly amount invoiced per classified ad customer rose by 10.6% year-on-year, from €263 in September 2006 to €291 in September 2007. o In Paris, SeLoger.com's penetration rate was 70%, with 4,302 customers (a net year-on-year increase of 533) representing 5,407 branches. The average spend per customer in September 2007 was €360. O In the Regions, the penetration rate was 36%, with 6,674 customers (a net year -on-year increase of 1,959) representing 9,390 branches. The average spend per customer in September 2007 was €247. In the third quarter alone, the net increase in customer numbers was 323. As anticipated, this was lower than the increase in the second quarter of 2007 (740 ), due to seasonal variations. SeLoger.com now has a total of 10,976 estate agent classified ad customers. - In online advertising and partnerships, revenues rose by 93.6%, showing the group's ability to monetise its audience. The group also benefited from the recent deregulation of the energy distribution market for individual customers. - Revenues from direct services to internet users remained stable (-0.3%). This business is continuing to suffer from the group's decision in the second quarter to shorten the 'paid consultation' period, during which new rental property ads can only be viewed by paying customers. Revenues in the third quarter alone were down 6%. Revenues in the services segment rose by 112.5% to €8.7m, making up 21.2% of the group's total in the first nine months of 2007. This segment consists of two activities: - Agency website design and listing saw revenues rise by 19.2%. 2 - Real estate software consists of Périclès, a leading provider of IT solutions for real estate professionals, offering ASP software on a subscription basis. Périclès enables the SeLoger.com group to develop increasingly close relationships with estate agents and help them manage their property ads. The group acquired Périclès in November 2006, since when the company has been consolidated in SeLoger.com's accounts. Targets maintained SeLoger.com confirms its full-year 2007 revenue target of €56m, and its EBITDA margin target of 48% (after taking into account the stock option and bonus share plan).
