Share Buyback Announcement

25 February 2008, ADC Zeros 2010 PLC purchased 350,000 of its own 0.001p Zero
Dividend Preference shares at 61 pence per share for cancellation. Following the
buyback, there are 8,027,142 Zero Dividend Preference shares in issue. The share
buyback will be financed out of the special reserve.
