                                Issue of Equity



The Directors of TP70 2008 (II) VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company
has applied for the fourth allotment of 1,086,244 Ordinary Shares allotted on 20
March 2008 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 14 December 2007, being
1,086,244 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of £1 per share to be admitted
to the Official List.



As a consequence of the fourth allotment, a total of 5,923,654 Ordinary Shares
have now been issued under this offer.



Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on 31 March 2008.
