                                Issue of Equity


The Directors of TP70 2008 (II) VCT plc are pleased to announce that the Company
has applied for the eighth allotment of 4,999,750 Ordinary Shares allotted on 5
April 2008 pursuant to the offer for subscription dated 14 December 2007, being
4,999,750 Ordinary Shares of 1p each at a price of £1 per share to be admitted
to the Official List.

As a consequence of the eighth allotment, a total of 20,598,917 Ordinary Shares
have now been issued under this offer.

Dealing of the shares is expected to commence on 14 April 2008.
