The Company was notified on 4 July 2008 that AXA S.A. and its group companies have an indirect interest in 1,402,598 voting rights of the Company and a direct interest in 64,132 voting rights of the Company.  This represents 0.15% and 3.20% respectively of the Company's total voting rights.
