29 July 2008, ADC Zeros 2010 PLC purchased 166,032 of its own 0.001p Zero Dividend Preference shares at 105 pence per share for cancellation. Following the buyback, there are 7,691,110 Zero Dividend Preference shares in issue. The share buyback will be financed out of the special reserve.
