Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC Senior Employee Matching Purchase Schemes for June 2007 and December 2007 application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 10,750 shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List. 

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the company and dealings are expected to commence on 12 January 2008.
