24 August 2009 Interactive Publishing plc ('Interactive Publishing' or 'the Company') Signing of Publishing and Print Management Contract Interactive Publishing (PLUS:INTP), the PLUS-quoted consumer publishing company, is pleased to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Trojan Publishing Limited ('Trojan') has today entered into agreement to manage the administration, production, printing, circulation and distribution of the magazines published by Paul Raymond Publications Limited. The contract is for a minimum term of 12 months at a rate of £300,000 per annum and thereafter can be terminated or varied with 3 months notice, which can be given by either party. The management of these titles will be achieved through the existing management and resources structure already in place at Interactive Publishing. Paul Raymond Publications Limited is a privately owned business publishing more than 20 titles in the adult entertainment sector, including Mayfair, Escort, Razzle, Just Girls and Club International which are distributed in the UK and exported worldwide.
