Publication of Supplementary Prospectus

Nestlé Holdings, Inc. and Nestlé Finance International Ltd. (the 'Issuers') have published a Supplementary Prospectus dated 28 August 2009 in respect of their Debt Issuance Programme and the publication on 28 August 2009 of their  Half-Yearly Financial Reports for the six-month period ended 30 June 2009.
