De-admission from trading of Global Depositary Receipts on The London Stock Exchange.

Gateway Distriparks Limited ("Gateway) has requested, and the London Stock Exchange has approved, the de-admission of Gateway's Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") from trading on The London Stock Exchange and that Gateway's trading facility on the London Stock Exchange will cease with effect from 8am on 20 August 2010.

Gateway's GDRs will be de-listed from the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on 6 August 2010.  Gateway's securities will continue to be listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange & National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.
