                       ("V2 Ventures" or the "Company")                        

On 8 December 2009, V2 Ventures (formerly Hyper Entertainment Plc) entered into
a Disposal Agreement (the "Agreement") with Fred Wilson Entertainment Limited
("Fred Wilson"). Pursuant to the Agreement, Fred Wilson (now Hyper
Entertainment Limited) agreed to acquire certain assets and to assume all
liabilities of V2 Ventures.

One of the liabilities assumed by Fred Wilson relates to a debt owed to
Rivington Street Corporate Finance ("Rivington") for services rendered to V2
Ventures. Fred Wilson and Rivington have reached an agreement to settle this
debt with shares. As a result, Mike Swinney, Non-Executive director of V2
Ventures and Executive director of Hyper Entertainment Limited has transferred
476,200 shares of V2 Ventures to Rivington Street Holdings at a price of 2.5
pence per share representing 4.56% of the total share capital of V2 Ventures.

Following this transfer Mike Swinney holds directly and indirectly 2,293,451
shares representing 21.98% of the issued share capital of V2 Ventures and
Rivington Street Holdings holds 855,200 shares constituting 8.19% of the issued
share capital in the Company. No new shares were issued.

The directors accept responsibility for this announcement.
