Current Directorships:
Mr Gilbert was appointed a non-executive Director of Aberdeen Latin American Income Fund Limited ("ALAIFL") on 30 June 2010 and on 16 August 2010 the ordinary shares of ALAIFL were admitted to the Official List and trading in those shares commenced on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
