Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are now available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 4 February 2011 relating to the issue of U.S.$750,000,000 4.500 per cent. notes due 2016 (the "Notes") by Transnet Limited under its U.S.$2,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme.

The Final Terms contain the final terms of the Notes and must be read in conjunction with the base prospectus dated 20 August 2010 and the supplemental prospectuses dated 3 December 2010 and 28 January 2011 (together, the "Base Prospectus").
