DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Company has declared a fourth interim dividend of 1.8 pence per each Class A Sterling Hedged Enhanced Income Preference Share payable out of the Cell in respect of the financial year ending 31 October 2011.  This dividend will be payable on 28 October 2011 to holders on record 30 September 2011.  The corresponding ex-dividend date will be 28 September 2011.
