The Company announces the appointment of Peter Holmes to the Board of the
Company as Executive Director. Peter is a CIMA qualified accountant with 20
year's post qualification experience. As an accountant, he has been involved in
a wide range of sectors including grain trading, furniture manufacturing,
graphic design, computer retailing, property development, estate and land
agency, telecoms and most recently as Finance Director of a CarbonDesk Group
PLC. He has extensive experience of taking companies to the public markets.
As well as that of the Company, Mr. Holmes holds or has held the following

Peter Holmes was a director of T24 Ltd which was placed into liquidation in
July 2010. There was a shortfall to creditors of £153,000.
The Company also announces the appointment of Paul Rewrie to the Board as
Non-Executive Director. Paul Rewrie, aged 50 years has been a Chartered
Management Accountant for 20 years. He formed Oxford and Cambridge Independent
Advisers Limited in 1992 and sold it via trade sale in 2003. Paul has been a
Finance Director and Company Secretary for various companies including
Cambridge Biostability, Peel Homes and Caspian Homes Limited. Paul has been
involved in fundraising via private and public offerings and trade sales.

into liquidation in 5 May 2011. There was no shortfall of creditors.
Paul Rewrie is a director of Commercial Tyre Solutions Limited which went into
administrative receivership on 27 April 2011.
The Company also announces that Uday Nayak and Sebastian Moonjely have stepped
down from the Board with immediate effect in order to focus on other projects.
The Company wishes to thank them for all of their efforts and would like to
wish them all of the best with their future endeavours.
Additionally, the new Board announces that it has accepted the resignations of
Wendy Rosenthal and Michael Swinney. These resignations will be effective
immediately.
