Pursuant to the Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC (LSE:BRW) Senior Employee Matching Purchase Share Scheme December 2006, December 2007 and July 2008 awards, application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 30,803 ordinary shares of 1p each to be admitted to the Official List.

These shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to commence on 14 February 2013.
