The Company was today notified by the trustees of the Cohort Employee Benefit Trust (the EBT ) that they purchased 32,938 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ( Shares ) on 18 September 2020 at a price of 600 pence per Share. The Shares held in the EBT are intended to be used to satisfy awards made under the Cohort employee share schemes.

 

The EBT is a discretionary trust for the benefit of employees of Cohort plc and its subsidiaries. The Executive Directors of Cohort plc are included in the class of beneficiaries of the EBT and are deemed to be interested in those shares and the dealings thereof.

 

Following this transaction, a total of 58,901 Shares representing 0.14 per cent of the Company's total voting rights are held in the EBT.

 

Director Shareholdings

 

The Company announces that on 18 September 2020, Andrew Thomis, Chief Executive, sold 1,550 Shares at a price of 635 pence per Share and Yasmin Thomis, a Person Closely Associated ( PCA ) with Andrew Thomis, purchased 1,550 Shares at a price of 650 pence per share.

 

The beneficial interests of Andrew Thomis and his PCAs have not changed as a result of the above transactions and remain at 186,876 Shares representing 0.46% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
