Cambridge, UK, 16 April, 2021 - In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules ("DTRs") Bango, the global platform for data-driven commerce, notifies the market of the following.

As at 1 April 2021 the total issued share capital of Bango is 75,349,075 shares, with each share carrying one voting right. This follows the issue of 238,681 New Ordinary Shares following the exercise of employee share options during the month ended 31 March 2021.

Of the total 238,681 New Ordinary Shares issued, 101,705 have been admitted to trading under the block listing for the Bango 2005 Employee Share Option Plan. The balance of 136,976 shares have been issued under the block listing for the Bango 2017 Employee Share Option Plan.

Bango does not currently hold any shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the company is 75,349,075.

The above figure of 75,349,075 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of Bango under the DTRs.
