ADVA's FSP 3000 chosen by Colt

ADVA Optical Networking's FSP 3000 has been chosen by Colt as the foundation of its new ROADM-based network in Dublin. The infrastructure enables incremental bandwidth to be added on demand with fast provisioning through the FSP service manager.
