Bluejay non-exec steps down

Bluejay Mining has announced that non-executive director Graham Marshall has decided to retire from the board at the conclusion of today's annual general meeting. Chief executive Roderick McIllree said: 'On behalf of the company I would like to thank Graham for all of his efforts over the years and wish him well in his retirement. 'Graham has been instrumental in developing the company and helped deliver significant shareholder value during his tenure.'
