By BFN News | 09:31 AM | Wednesday 30 April, 2014

Webis Holdings said its San Francisco-based Advanced Deposit Wagering business, LLC, has renewed an agreement with Churchill Downs Inc. to allow its customers to wager on races controlled by Churchill, effective from 29th April 2014. That date marks the start of the Churchill Downs' racetrack meeting in Lexington, Kentucky. "This contract is particularly significant as it encompasses the rights for this Saturday's Kentucky Derby at the Churchill Downs racetrack itself," said Webis in a statement. The contract also allows for wagering and video streaming rights from the following racetracks: Churchill Downs, Arlington Park, Calder, Canterbury Park, Fairgrounds, Finger Lakes, Hoosier Park, Indiana Downs, Miami Valley, Oaklawn Park and The Meadows. The contract is also important in that it coincides with the public launch of WatchandWager's new mobile enhanced application,, in parallel with an increase in marketing activity for the WatchandWager brand.
