CIRCULAR RE. RECOMMENDED PROPOSALS FOR THE FUTURE OF THE ADC GROUP AND NOTICES
OF SHAREHOLDER MEETINGS

Further to the announcement made on 15 June 2007 by the Companies regarding the
proposals for the future of the ADC Group, the Companies confirm that copies of
the above document have today been posted to the Companies' shareholders.  The
Shareholder Meetings have been convened for Friday, 3 August 2007.

Two copies of the circular will be delivered to the UK Listing Authority shortly
and will then be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's Document
